Our role is to filter buyers with genuine interest and financial capability, ensuring a structured and documented viewing process.
Negotiating Transaction TermsUpon receiving offers, we conduct negotiations on the client’s behalf regarding price, payment structure, timelines, and property handover terms. Where required, we prepare a reservation or deposit agreement and ensure the buyer’s AML compliance in line with legal requirements.
Coordinating Financing and Notarial ActionsIf bank financing is involved, we coordinate the valuation and loan approval process. We organize the signing of the purchase agreement, Land Register applications, and other documents with a notary, ensuring all necessary consents and timely preparation — including cases where parties are located abroad.
Completing the TransactionWe submit documents to the Land Register, coordinate the property handover via an acceptance–transfer deed, and ensure final settlements between the parties.
After-Sale SupportEven after the transaction is completed, we remain available to the client — assisting with documentation matters and advising on future investments or subsequent transactions.
